Adopt-A-Quilt is a long-arm quilting service company.We offer many free hand patterns, most of which are along the heavier quilting line. We can also supply you with batting and the thread for quilting your quilt.
We normally use the Madeira line of thread. Our policy is to use the same thread on the bottom as the top and try to use a thread that matches the patchwork top; even if it does not match the bottom; unless otherwise requested. This allows a smoother thread look throughout the entire quilt. We can acquire a thread within a few days if we do not have the exact color you are looking for.
We also offer batting for quilts; so you don't need to ship batting along with the quilt. We normally use Quilter's Dream, but we can also order any batting that you desire; just let us know ahead of time what you prefer.
